this is a lovely song with wonderfull lyrics,it's an optimistic message.In my opinion the singer try to tell that it's never too late to reach your goals and that you must try for the best.So if today was my last day I would try to leave my fears behind and live the moment because it's day's a gift and not a given right. p.s.Also Christina Markoulaki excellent choice for practising second conditional.
